Thank you for using Sorcify, a Chrome extension designed to help recruiters streamline candidate evaluation, sourcing, and interview analysis using AI. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Sorcify extension. No personal data is stored or tracked by Sorcify servers. All data remains local to your browser, except for optional leaderboard stats, which are deleted weekly.
Sorcify does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.
All data processed by Sorcify—including job descriptions, LinkedIn profile data, AI prompts, and interview transcripts—remains local to your Chrome browser. We do not access, log, or share any of your data.
Sorcify integrates with the OpenAI API to generate scoring, messaging, and summaries.

These permissions are required solely for the functionality of the extension. No information is ever sent to a remote server controlled by Sorcify.
We do not run analytics, telemetry, or user tracking in any form. We do not store any of your data beyond your email address for the purpose of signing in. Sorcify does not log your usage, activity, or personal data. If you opt in to the leaderboard, only your email address and weekly activity stats (#jobs worked on, #candidates scanned/interviewed) are sent to our Supabase server, and are permanently deleted every Monday.

Aside from direct use of the OpenAI API, Sorcify does not interact with or rely on third-party services. OpenAI's API usage is governed by their own privacy policy.
If we ever decide to make amendments, you will be notified within the extension and given a choice before any such features are activated.
